I just recently had work done, which supposedly Cox Automotive had done. Couldn't even change the spark plugs?????
If you have money to throw away, this is the place to go.
I have had Cox do work on my vehicles several times. He is a top-notch mechanic, does his homework before diving in, does not sell what you do not need, and charges fairly. He receives my highest recommendation.
I would not recommend Cox Automotive to even glance at my car. I took my daughter's car there over a year ago and he did not do anything that he listed on the invoice. I was charged $1500 for $200 worth of work.
One of only two mechanics I'll take my cars to (the other is in Belton). Honest and fair. Won't sell you stuff you don't need. Highly recommended.
