Terrible experience with show me auto mall I would not buy a vehicle from them if I was you! I bought a truck from them and a week later the truck starts acting funny the check engine light came on and my gages were going crazy. So I took it in to get it checked out and the guy Toby said for me to go home nothing was wrong with it. Note the check engine light went off. A couple weeks later the check engine light comes on and stays on so I took the truck back and they said the Turbo was bad so they replace the Turbo and from my understanding it was a new Turbo with a 12 month 12000 mile warranty. But come to find out it was a used Turbo with a 90 day warranty. So now im $20,000 in the hole and my mechanic said the Turbo they put in was a used one not a NEW one. And I think because the Turbo went bad the motor may have too. I bought the truck in May and took it to them in June to fix the Turbo they had it for almost 2 months. I get the truck back in August and it was fine at first. But 4 months later the Turbo goes out again and they are not going to fix it. Stay away from show me auto mall they have junk cars!
Probably one of the easiest car buys we have ever done. Sam and Dereck are great to deal with. Will definitely be our first choice when it's time for another vehicle. A few little things with the vehicle that would have made this a five star. But overall, wonderful experience. Thank you guys.
Horrible experience with the staff. They try to sell you a car that is in very poor condition. It will appear extremely nice; however, as soon as I started it up my husband noticed smoke coming from the exhaust. The car was burning oil and the service center tried to play if off that they just had the oil changed so it was normal. Turns out that the motor was going out in it and they would not give me the lifetime warranty because it was 5000 miles over 100,000 miles. Very unprofessional finance department. Would not recommend them at all. 0 stars for this place.
Jake Clinton got us into the exact car we wanted!! We love our new 2015 Ford Fusion and he made sure to keep it exactly within our budget. We have less than perfect credit and still got us taken care of when other dealers wouldn't. We will definitely return for our next car!!
Overall, the trip was very disappointing considering the overwhelming amount of positive reviews. Based on several phone conversations between Clifton and Ben, I thought I was working with a world class used car dealership and had high expectations. When I arrived days later, I was presented with a vehicle that was dirty, rusty, and not safe to drive. The pictures showed well on the web site, but in person, I saw a lot of things I didn't like, but was more than willing to clean those things up after purchasing… if I did. I mean, I know we’re in Missouri, but that doesn't mean it’s okay to show me a vehicle that looks like someone took it through a field first; it should be clean. The brake pedal went to the floor when I tried to shift it out of park for a test drive. It ended up in their service center to be looked at, and they were able to locate the issues and order the parts for the repair. We did test drive another vehicle, only to find out later that they couldn't* sell it to me. I left wanting to think about it and decided to keep looking, because the rental was eating $26 a day out of my pocket. Days later, I spoke with Ben and he said the brakes seemed to be fine when he pulled it up to get it ready for my visit, so they must have just went at the moment I tried to take it out of park. For the brakes to go out at that point meant that there should have been a noticeable growing issue in the brake system. I personally believe that this vehicle was not inspected, otherwise this issue would have been visible to the naked eye. To even think that I would have purchased this, attempted to drive it home, only to have the brakes go out on me, is a frightening thought; I dodged a grenade with this one. I am grateful to the stars that the problem was exposed before an accident could have been possible. Ben and Clifton were very personable, nice and professional, but I question the integrity of the employees responsible for making sure the vehicles being sold were roadworthy. I will give them a second chance in the future, but I will pass on any vehicle with rust, will bring my own financing (or just pay in cash), and will want to see a potential vehicle on a lift to inspect myself. [0 stars for safety and appearance, 5 stars for Ben and Cliff's attitude, personalities, and professionalism.] – Later that day, I was able to find something else (different dealership) that was clean, rust-free, cheaper by $2,000, and newer by 2 years. I couldn't be happier! Thanks!
