Drove up Monday to see a car they were supposed to have delivered on Saturday. The car didn't get delivered (delivery company issue, not dealer) and Brian promised me first shot once it hit the lot. True to his word I got a call today saying it was in and confirming I knew it had hail damage before I drove back out again. I said I had an hours drive after work to get there and he stayed late to let me see it.
I would say it's worth the drive to see these people. They want to help you, and they were nothing but polite throughout.
well the car was in rough cosmetic shape, LARGE dent on the rear that would be visible by anyone 100 feet away, at least 2 dents on every panel, 3 golf ball size dents on the hood, the head light was broken, and I couldn’t even take it for a test drive if I wanted because the owner left and no one else could move the cars.
Contacted this dealership about a car that was on Craigslist, the person I talked to on the phone kept saying over and over again put a credit app in. I put a credit app in and this unprofessional dealership to didn't have the decency to give me a return phone call back and my phone number is on the app. I will not deal with this place ever again even if they give me a return call by the weekend.
I got there and the car was everything advertised. the sales person I worked with was nice, persuasive but not pushy, and when we decided to go with a slightly smaller SUV from another dealer she maintained the same professionalism and politeness.
The car was in great condition, just some normal wear.
I went down to Harrisonville on my day off after speaking with the owner. Got there at 12pm (hours are noon-6pm)and no one was there. I left several messages that day. No one ever called me back. Finally got a hold of him on Saturday and he stuttered around why he didn't call back. I did look at vehicle while there. It was unlocked and pretty dirty inside. Owner was disinterested in negotiations with my trade. Secondly I am a business owner and it's sad when managers don't have the business etiquette or professionalism to get the job done. Now I see why the ratings are so low for this business. Definitely not worth your time. Hate to be so seemingly pessimistic but I hope no one wastes their time going down there.
Do not go here , all the cars are in poor shape.
Was listed as Excellent condition. Oviously I slightly doubted it because of the price, simply Asked the person everything wrong with the car, since I was driving a distance I didn’t want to get there and be disappointed . Was assured by the owner that
