We used the drive thru, we were the only car the entire time. We were put on hold at the order screen for more then a couple minutes. When we finally ordered, payed($45 worth), and received our drinks we were told to pull into the parking lot while we wait for our food. The manager seemed stressed, really stressed and she seemed in a hurry.. as we waited in the parking lot we checked the lobby hours and drive thru hours to see if maybe we came just before closing(about 840pm) she locked lobby doors a little over an hour early ?? They weren't busy at all. Two customers tried getting in after the fact and weren't very happy. Finally she put up some sort of sign(white paper on door but couldn't read what it said).. our order was correct even though we ordered 7 combos so that's why I give 2 stars.. I'd give more but we felt like a burden being there and not appreciated to say the very least. Hope it improves.
The fries are colder than my ex wife's heart. Never fails. I hate eating here. Won't happen again.
Cold food. Forgot the sauce for nuggets after asking what I wanted. But the fries were salted so they get 2 stars.
Went there today for lunch at a little after 1pm and the front door was locked. Another customer on the inside let us in only to be greeted by an employee telling us that the drive thru was the only thing opened as they only had two employees right now and all the others were trying to leave for the day. Is this normal? I could maybe understand this at like three o'clock but 1, that seems weird at lunch time. There was no sign on the door stating this closure so it strikes me as odd. I had no desire to eat lunch in the car so unfortunately we went elsewhere.
Waited 20 minuets in there for my food after they didn’t make it right the 1st time never had this bad if service since I lived in Florida
