Stopped by in the evening service was excellent. Food was out fast and fresh. Great customer service, employees were all cheerfull and polite. All in all one of the best fast food places I have been to in years. We will be making frequent trips to KC and this will be on our place to stop list.
Floors needed swept.
Stopped in for a snack grabbed the Roast Beef Sliders and a Sweet Tea
Seemed very unorganized. Just before I ordered 2 guys came inside. There order was wrong in drive thru. They gave the order to the other car. Guess the wrong bag was given to each car. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. There was a lot of loud voices trying to say what everyone should have been doing. Almost came across that all but the manager was new. They made food and then when needing it for an order it wasn't there. Hope they get there at together soon!
Good we had there was ok the food to go was nasty. Dried bun and meat around edges was dry.
Soda Area needed wiped down
One female employee was in the dining area talking to another employee who was bending over flipping her hair and playing with it. Right next to the drink machine
Sliders were Good
Tea was sour and when I told the employee she tasted it and said she liked it so there shouldn't be an issue
Bathroom was DIRTY
Very clean dining area. Really amazing staff that went out of their way to insure that our orders were perfect. Sydney, the cashier was very outgoing and personable. The young man who prepared my sanwhich, actually came into the dining area to ask how everything was! Very impressed!
