Horrible customer service as far as communication. They are good at reminding when your service will be delayed, but can't seem to connect when the customer has an issue. Set-up for auto-pay, but didn't know that it wasn't set up in time for the proper "billing cycle" until my trash wasn't collected for two weeks! Mind you it was set up 3 months ago (apparently I set it up 3 days after their cycle-my mistake!)...no communication via text, email, phone call, all of which I set up for every notification ONLINE, as instructed after complaining about bins not being received 6 months after they were supposed to be sent. They have some great drivers in Lee's Summit, but the phone customer service needs help. There is also a huge disconnect with their online services. If you do not have to use them...DON'T!

OH MY GOD this company is bad. I wish zero stars was an option. They've serviced us in Raymore, Mo. (contracted through the city so we're forced to use them) for about 5 years. I have an email chain that goes back (literally) years where I have to hound them, roughly every 3 weeks, to come pick up our trash. I put it out the night before pickup, or worst case at 6:00 a.m on my way to work. Today (just like many others), they still haven't picked up our recycling container 2 days in a row. Even though they email me back saying they will get it, it doesn't happen. This is a great example of you get what you pay for. Raymore is going with a different company at the beginning of the year and I can't wait. Good riddance.

I'd love to be able to tell you what their service is like, but you can probably gather based on the 200 one star reviews. I can't let you know about the actual pickup because I've been waiting on my container for 5 weeks. I got a call from a lady the last week letting me know that they were going to send a supervisor out to bring the container. Shocking - no container. If you're on the fence, save yourself the frustration by avoiding this company. I don't know if they're woefully understaffed or horribly mismanaged, but their service is like their business. Garbage.

I am done with WCA. The customer service really went down hill after they were bought out by Town & Country. I called once to pay a bill and the customer service rep wouldn't take my money. I a hard enough time actually finding a person to talk to. When the trashmen pick up the trash they always throw the can down on the ground. Everytime it rains it rains in my trash can. Today they didn't pickup my Christmas tree and it is under 6'. I am frustrated with this company. I recommend finding someone else.

I've had this service since moving into my home in December. At first they were great. Took all of our moving boxes at once, not a problem. Now, they have missed my pick up two weeks in a row and when you call every time they say we will come out but it has been two weeks without anyone coming out. If you have a choice I would keep looking.
