our ac keeps breaking and they take forever to fix it. every request put in is ignored sometimes for months before being adressed and its almost impossible to get ahold of them when you do need them. the apartment is small carpet and paint is cheap and comes apart/falls off easily and overall not worth what you pay every month
I lived here back in 2008 and I was pretty happy for the most part. The apartments are small but if you are single or have a small family, it would ideal for you. I am glad they re done the laundry room because it was nasty and the washers were horrible. Left clogged up and nasty mildewed water was left and it was just very unclean. Rhonda is a great lady and is good at her job!
We've been here for a year and a half. This is the third time our ac has quit working since we've been here and it's 93 degrees in our apartment and they told us it's going to be a couple days before they can try and fix it. It's been triple digits daily and we can't even get a properly working ac or someone to fix our broken one
