Beware of this dealer. I am pleased to have a new furnace & AC unit that functions, but we definitely got taken. When we agreed to the estimate, but refused the $500 extended warranty, Mr. Hon INSISTED we had to buy it or the Lennox warranty would be invalid. He insisted the "extended warranty" was just part of the bid. I should have known better, as I NEVER purchase exteneded warranties, but I finally gave in. Today, after reading through all the Lennox paperwork I find that not one of the many warranty requirements involve having the dealer service the furnance yearly (as part of the extended warranty). I was very disheartened to find out Mr. Hon himself FLAT OUT LIED to my husband and I. The furance and AC unit do work and I am satisfied with the installation.
