I recently went in to this store minutes before closing because I was experiencing a software problem with my phone that rendered it inoperable. Dylan and Canon stayed for ten minutes after closing to get my phone fixed and get me on my way. Not knowing the answer to a problem can be forgiven when an employee is willing to do the work to find the answer. In three years, every question I have asked these folks they could neither answer outright or find an answer for. Anyone who complains otherwise has unfair expectations.

We just purchased new I phone's at Harrisonville Sprint store and just want to commend Canon McCubbin for his excellent service.He is very knowledgeable and helpful.He helped my husband install the special ring tones he wanted and hooked my phone up to the car.
