Great customer service! Friendly and knowledgable workers and management. Helped my son get kitted out for upcoming basketball season.
Terrible management.....they had a sweatshirt that I wanted....I asked the lady if the tag was correct price becuase they several items on sale she said "yes" so i tried it on and said I wanted it and when I got ready to pay for it they said "Oh sorry that is mismarked and it is not $39 it is $79. I told them that I had even verified the price and she said "Oh sorry" but I can give you 10% off.....I told her I thought that since it was clearly marked and all the same ones on the rack were marked the same that I should get it at that price, she said no. I called the manager and he said that his cost was $42 so I said that I would pay $45 and he said no that he wasn't making any money off of it. Horrible customer service.....DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Simply outstanding customer service! My feet hurt so bad when I went in, with all kinds of directions from the doctor. The sweetest sales woman helped me for an hour making sure I found the perfect pair. I feel like i'm walking on clouds. More than the right shoes, i found someone who cared. THANK YOU!!!!
While Christmas shopping for my son, I called All Sport to see if they carried a particular brand of clothing. The sales person I spoke to (a young lady), told me they did not carry that particular brand but they were having a sale on another similar brand of merchandise. I went to the store, as it is near my home and purchased one of the sale items, even though they did not have the size I was looking for and I had to purchase the next size up. This prompted me to ask the young lady about the return policy. She assured me that I would be able to return it in unworn condition with the tags in tact and the sales receipt. I continued my Christmas shopping and later that day located the same item I had purchased at All Sport, in the size I needed. When I tried to return the item to All Sport the following day, I was hassled and treated very rudely by the woman behind the counter. Shame on you!!! You should take a lesson on customer service from the young lady who was working on the weekend- or maybe you have so much business that you don't need to treat your customers well. Needless to say, I won't be shopping in your store anymore. I'll spend my money in stores that value customer satisfaction.
My family and I have shopped at All Sport for years. The staff is very helpful, and the products prolific. It's great having a community business so devoted to our local high schools. My brothers bought their letterman jackets/patches here, and my son will as well. In addition, we don't have to drive to Kansas City for quality sportswear. Feeling grateful for this business!
