Went to get my passport today and the rude lady that works there just ruined my day. Don't know her name but her darker skin tone suggests that her ancestors were from India, she's a shorter girl. She was extremely rude to me while I was trying to ask questions and kept giving me attitude when I couldn't hear her mumbling, and asked if she could say her words again. With all the past reviews it sounds like this is the same girl and I'm disappointed in this post office for not doing anything about it.

During the week there are an older woman and a younger lady that are absolutely the best! I just started my etsy shop in January, and they both have taken time to help me, and I really don't hate going to the post office anymore! There is another lady that I'm not found of, but still 5 stars for the incredible service from these 2 amazing women!

They apparently don't answer the phone during business hours. I let the phone ring from 13:54 to 13:57. That's a lot of ringing for no answer.
The woman was very knowledgeable and nice on my passport appointment. Just make sure you get all your stuff together before hand. Also, get your picture taken at Walgreens or CVS for it, because for some reason the U.S government will tell you what they want for the picture requirements but doesn't accept any ones that you take. It can be 100% what they are asking for and they'll reject it. Hint for any people looking to get a passport. Just go to the aforementioned stores.
