Came out to change shower valve. They told me $350 but charged me $500 because they helped me put mirror back on and it took them 5 minutes to replace and fix.

Contacted them Friday afternoon regarding investigating a leak between our home and water main. We were told they would come out Saturday to look into the issue. When no one had shown up or contacted us by Saturday afternoon, we called them back. We were told that they had come by, seen some dirt that we had moved for other reasons, and assumed we'd had someone else fix the issue. We were then told it would be Monday before they could look at the problem. Definitely not happy about the lack of communication and the lack of follow through.
