I love Family Video, and so do my kids. The staff is really friendly, and the prices are great too.
I love movie stores. There's something very gratifying and exciting about walking the aisles of possibilities. Their selection of free kid rentals is awesome, which I appreciate because sometimes you are broke and still want to treat the kids
This place has gone downhill....the people r rude and they overchatge customers without them even knowing it. So make sure u get a print out of your bill and check it. It will add up if u go there as much as i do. I have been going there sice they opened and ging there is more of a chore than for fun anymore
So glad we have this option! The kids have more fun making choices from seeing the cases on display. We can always find something, but we do usually get what we wanted.
Sometime like tonite, they are under staffed, one person behind counter, alot of people in line, and employee yacking to customer, along time, I left as well as 2 others,,no rent tonite
