I have been coming to this office for 20 years now and these women are very friendly yet professional and the wait is never really long and the customer service is outstanding. I have read the bad reviews and I can honestly say that ones who complain are the ones who cannot follow the simple rules necessary to license their vehicle. Don't blame these patient, professional women for your own stupidity and ineptness.

I have had to call a few times and they always get back to me when I leave a message. Its not always immediately but they have never not responded. I know its a place with lines and people can have a bad expectation going in but we try and adjust our expectations and go in with a positive attitude and try and be kind to them when you can tell its been a not so great day for them. I have heard how some people talk to the workers there in frustration about tagging things and just the financial burdens and I feel sorry for them having to sit there all day listening to we grumpy people. I appreciate this office staff
Very slow at the Harrisonville License Bureau. Don't expect an answer when you call, because they will just let the phone ring and ignore it. If you leave a message sure they will get back to you at the end of the day when there closing up sometimes not at all. I'd suggest making an extra drive to go to another License Bureau. It will save you a lot of time from standing out the doors and down the hall in a line.
I watched last night as the staff tried to get as many people done as possible before closing time. They worked to be helpful, kind and considerate of each person. I couldn't complete my transaction but still felt good about their efforts to help me.
