I am disgusted in my DOT, and their promoting of a con-artist's fraud, and for the utter inability of MoDOT's representatives to see an obvious scam. Wasting money, time, and demonstrating a complete lack of integrity is what the population of Missouri can expect from their incompetent DOT.
MoDOT have some truly incompetent staff. If you look at their "Road To Tomorrow" project you will see that representatives of MoDOT have teamed up with the known con-artists behind "Solar Roadways" to waste government money on propaganda. It is reprehensible that MoDOT works with con-artists. There is no excuse for promoting con-artists.
