I work on Sage Behavioral health and had to go to the ER today. It was crazy busy and the staff was very efficient, kind and caring. Staff very respectful of privacy.
This place is hell on earth. Staff does not care at all if they get you treated correctly. Follow doctors instructions. Or bill your insurance correctly. The doctors simply can't be bothered by the staffs lack of human decency. Because you know a doctor has no control over who works in his office. Ya right. And after you have made them redo paperwork so it is correct so your insurance will pay for the visit a certain number of times they will respond by simply dropping you as a patient. Trust me save yourself and time and energy and frustration. Go elsewhere.
ED is awful! There is only one Dr and a couple nurses in the ED that actually know what they are doing. They also are far from knowledgeable when it comes to children care in emergancy or urgent medical situations. Bad beside manners, rude nurses that you can tell are only there for a paycheck. The ceo should be firing unprofessional workers!
Took forever to find out what was going on with my son and when i asked what was going on they had an addatude . the nurse was nice but never updated us i had to get snappy before getting any info. Rude staff and not caring . i will never come back here even though it was clean so far that's all this place has going for them . and they have house keeping doing the nurse's job .
Went to cass on sunday night with a bad knee, i had already been to north kansas city and was given a script, xray and sent home. The np at cass was excellent she did all the appropriate labs and gave me two injections one for pain and one a steriod. Sent me out with a high dose anti inflammatory med and some pain meds. Today for the first time in a week i can walk with minimal pain. Thank you Terry Lienhop you are awesome and do cass proud!
