We have bought all of our appliances from Troby's for at least the last 10 years. They are professional when they deliver and prompt when service is needed. Their store is clean and tidy. We like to keep our money in our home town, and do business with owner/operated businesses. If you live in Cass County and need a new appliance or service, they are the ones to call.

I have been going to trobys for almost 10 years. Their service is prompt and professional . i have been happy with their prices . also I prefer to use local business.
Needed a new range oven and microwave. Went to trobys in harrisonville. I found a whirlpool set I liked. I asked the gal up there if she would match prices, " no", do you have free delivery, " no". The set I liked was priced over $1200 after taxes. I left and went to home depot and bought same set for $742 after taxes. And their customer service was great. And free delivery to my house. Trobys was almost $500 more than their competitor down the road. If you are going to trobys please check for better prices online and save a ton of money.
We have had excellent experiences with Troby's Maytag for several years now. They have installed new appliances for us that we bought at their store as well as repaired several of our other appliances. Each time they have been friendly, professional, thorough, & given us great confidence in their knowledge & skill. If you think about it, you are inviting these installers/repair people into your home, often with family/children around. I prefer to deal with people I know & who are members of my local community. Sure, we could probably get cheaper appliances in Kansas City but you cannot put a price on working with reliable, trustworthy people with whom you have built a rapport. This is why we will continue to rely on them for our appliance needs. They are a great family-owned business.
