Worst customer service ever. If you bought any material without a upc be prepared to spend 20 mins at register after 30 mins in line.

I like Sutherlands, prices are fair & they usually have what I need & there's always someone available to help if I need it. I would've given them 5 Stars if not for the fact that I almost always have trouble finding a material cart inside the store, so I usually get one from a cart rack in the parking lot before going inside.
Tons of people everywhere looking for help. Only one younger guy helping in plumbing doing a great job! Unfortunately the lady selling furniture needs to work on her customer service. TERRIBLE attitude and made very little effort to make a sale. Doesn't even know where her inventory is.
