I always have a great experience every time I rent from here! Devan gets me on my way in a very timely manner, in exactly the car I need for me and my three kids!! I checked back in with Kevin this last time, and his attitude was awesome!! Keep up the great work guys!!!
The people and place were nice. Very small wait, if they are busy. Will go again if I need a local rental.

Reserved a car for a Saturday, requested to be picked up but no one ever mentioned no pick ups on Saturdays. I even had someone from their office call and confirm the previous day. They said they'd be there at 10 am. Saturday morning 10 am came around and no one was there to pick me up. I waited for 10 minutes before calling in, they then informed me there were no pickups on Saturdays. It would have been nice if someone would have mentioned that before I reserved it, and I could have planned properly. Overall terrible experience, never renting enterprise again.
Pick up in Harrisonville was great, drop off at MCI not so much...they do not answer the phone.
