I went this morning to Starbucks in hopes of getting a white chocolate mocha, the first time I received it I'm not exactly sure what the drink was because there was no sweetener in it for the chocolate and it didn't even taste like coffee. so I returned the drink asking if it could be remade because it didn't taste right and the workers very sweetly remade it. The second drink I got, the cup was cold so I knew it couldn't be right but I felt bad and initially walked out to my car, the drink once again tasted really bad and so I again asked if they could rrmake it, they very sweetly asked what was wrong this time and made it the correct way and gave me a coupon for a free drink. One of the workers explained they had a new trainee and she was still learning. My drinks may not have tasted right but the experience was very nice and no one seemed put off that I had returned the drink twice.
They are amazing! I don't have to remember my order, because they already know. Love them. Thanks Cassie and Tami
They are so slow. Not ever staffed for the amount of customers they get in the morning...

I am SO HAPPY to have a Starbucks in Harrisonville. The only thing that would make it better is a drive through. But glad to have what we do!
